| Buyer is required to notify the Seller if all or any part of any shipment includes any damaged or non-conforming goods in writing which shall be received by Seller within 15 days after receipt of the goods by Buyer. Buyer shall also provide Seller with written notice and some samples (at least 5 pcs. or sets) of the damaged or non-conforming goods and a written description of the problem. If upon investigation, Seller determines that the notice and claim is commercia-lly reasonable, Buyer may return goods to Seller provided the Buyer receives Seller's prior written approval. If unauthorized return shipments are made to the Seller, Seller reserves the right to refuse receiving the shipment. Seller shall refund the shipping cost if accepts return and determines that the damage or non-conformity is a result of the Seller's error. Replacement product will be delivered to Buyer within reasonable time. |
